Rookie of the Year is about Henry Rowengartner,a boy who gets injured only to discover this let’s him throw a fastball hard enough to join the Chicago Cubs where he learns about himself, his family, and how maybe he just needs to be a kid.Â
Little Big League is about young Billy Heywood who gets to inherit a major league baseball team and decides to instill himself as manager. In the process he learns about himself as he tries to operate in an adult world and helps the adults learn a little bit more about themselves.Â
